How do I open a wholesale account?
You must register online for a wholesale account. Please complete the wholesale account application above. If approved, an account invite/activation email will be sent to you within 3 to 5 business days. NOTE: SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL.
How can I successfully sell Hairbrella?
We want for you to be successful at selling Hairbrella. We view you as our business partners and we provide you as many resources as possible to get you on your way. Once you become a wholesale partner of Hairbrella, we will provide you access to an exclusive folder with marketing material that can be used on your websites, email marketing, social platforms, etc. If you have a brick and mortar, we will provide you point-of-purchase tools so you can showcase Hairbrella to your customers. Should you need any additional materials or help with selling, please contact wholesale@hairbrella.com.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
To receive wholesale pricing discounts, you must place a minimum order of 12 units. Additional discounting is available at quantities of 25, 50, 100, 500, and 1000. Orders over 1000 qualify for special pricing.
What is the retail price of Hairbrella?
Individual items are priced at $29.99-$59.99 depending on the product SKU.
Are all the products on the Hairbrella website available at wholesale prices?
Currently, Hairbrella Classic, Lite, Pro, Kids, and Kids Pro are available at wholesale prices.
Can I resell the Hairbrella for less than the retail price?
We will provide you with the suggested MSRP for your purchased product. We do not allow selling for less than our suggested pricing as to neither create a conflict of interest nor cut into your margins. We want you to be profitable.
Can I resell Hairbrella on Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc?
No. This is strictly prohibited. This creates a conflict of interest and direct competition. We will not sell Hairbrella products to any retailer who plans to resell those products on any third party marketplace. If discovered, we will request the retailer remove the listing(s). As this is a breach of your wholesale partnership agreement, you will be refused an order in the future.
When will my order be processed?
Each order takes 1-2 business days for internal processing. All orders that are received after 2 pm EST on Fridays are shipped with USPS on Monday. All orders will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed and when the order is shipped. Please remember that carriers do not include weekend days in their count of business days. No orders are processed or shipped on noted holidays.
Can I remove Hairbrella tags to sell on my site or in my store?
No. This is strictly prohibited. Hairbrella is patented and must be sold with its original labels. No customization is allowed.
Can I rename Hairbrella to sell on my site or in my store?
No. This is strictly prohibited. Hairbrella is patented and must be sold under its brand name.
Can I repackage Hairbrella to sell on my site or in my store?
No. This is strictly prohibited. Hairbrella is patented and must be sold in its original packaging.
